The iTimekeep July 2026 release contains enhancements to iTimekeep and fixes to both iTimekeep desktop, and mobile application.

Missing Time Guidance Message

An option to enable an informational message on the Missing Time dashboard has been added. This message reminds timekeepers that the visible totals may not fully reflect their firm’s daily time entry requirements, and displays on both iTimekeep Desktop and the mobile application.

The missing time guidance message can be enabled in your firm’s iTimekeep portal, under iTimekeep > Configure iTimekeep > Display Settings > Display Missing Time Message.

Fixes

iTimekeep Desktop

• When a proxy user is acting as another, they can access the Passive Time Assistant view by manipulating the URL.
• In the iTimekeep Portal, the Accountable Time Label and Custom Sorting Label fields on the Firm Defaults page do not save.

iTimekeep Mobile

• When viewing a released time entry, the screen cannot be scrolled down to view all entry details.
• When a time entry is created with either an empty or temporary matter and saved, the location and time status will be empty when it is reopened.
• When tapping the Errors card in the Attention Required section, the application will not respond to the input.
• When the Accountable Time category is enabled, it does not appear in the calendar status slider.
• On Android devices, the filter reset button is hidden.
