The iTimekeep August 2024 release contains a new feature, notifying users when the iManage connector requires reauthentication.
New Features
Notification when iManage Connector Requires Reauthentication
The reliability of the iManage connector has been improved. Relevant users are now emailed when the connector detects that a reauthentication with the iManage server is required. This email informs users that the connector requires attention to prevent any interruptions or delays in capturing activity within iManage. When the email notification is triggered, it will be sent once every 24 hours.
To use this new feature, users must be assigned the following roles:
- Passive Time Assistant User in the iTimekeep Administration Portal
- Passive Time Assistant User in Aderant Identity to access the Passive Time Assistant Configuration Portal
Users can then select the Receives Notification checkbox in the Passive Time Assistant Configuration Portal to receive connector reauthentication emails:

Resolved an issue where users were unable to Save or Submit a Suggested Time Entry for a Microsoft Teams activity.
