The iTimekeep August 2025 release contains a new feature, an improvement, and fixes for iTimekeep.

New Feature

Additional Filters

New filters have been added for time entries. These new filters include:

• Phase Code
• Task Code
• Activity Code
• Location Code
• Billable/Non-Billable
• Client

Improvements

For Onyx firms, the “Report” link from the violations modal has been removed.

Fixes

Timecard rounding, where timecards with 4.10 work hours were being incorrectly rounded down to 4.0.

Matter Alert notifications do not properly notify timekeepers.

Dashboard filtering options appeared incorrectly on the dashboard.
