App behavior is adjusted on the Settings screen. To adjust settings related to your iTimekeep user profile, see Profile Settings – Mobile.
Note: Changing a setting on one platform will propagate it to the other. For example, changing the color theme in the iTimekeep desktop application will also change it in the mobile app.
To open the Settings screen:
- Tap
on the navigation bar to open the menu. - Tap
Settings. The Settings screen opens.
On the Settings screen, you can adjust the following app functionality:

| Default to Today | Toggle | Toggle whether iTimekeep defaults to displaying the current day on the My Time screen. |
| Remember Last Matter | Toggle | Toggle whether when entering time entries, iTimekeep defaults your last-selected matter into the Matter field. |
| Start and End Time | Toggle | Toggle whether start and end time are set automatically based on entered hours. |
| Sort search results by | Selection | Select how search results are sorted when returned to you. |
| Color Theme | Selection | Select a color theme from Aderant, Bellefield, Aqua, or Dawn. |
| Active Notifications | Selection | Adjust how notifications are pushed to you. |
| Time | Selection | Select whether time is displayed in decimal values or hours:minutes. |
| Date | Selection | Select the format of the date |
| Calendar Format | Selection | Select the format that the calendar is presented in. |
