September 2023 Product Release

What’s Included in this Release

We are thrilled to unveil the Time Scale Zoom and Filter feature in Passive Time Assistant (PTA) as part of the latest updates to iTimekeep. This new feature, along with the enhanced suggested time entry display and critical bug fixes in Outlook Add-in Authentication and UI Preview stickiness, is tailored to refine your time management and tracking endeavors.

New Features:

Timescale Zoom and Filter in Passive Time Assistant

The feature offers improved suggested time entry review and management by zooming into specific time scales and filtering out shorter-duration entries, thereby ensuring accurate and efficient time tracking without cluttering the view.

Time Scale Zoom: The timescale zoom feature comes with a flexibility of setting time increments at 1, 3, 6, or 15 minutes, with a default setting of 15 minutes. Adjusting the zoom to your preferred increment is straightforward, and the scale updates automatically without necessitating a screen refresh.

    • For example, if the zoom is set to 15 minutes, only events that are 15 minutes or longer will be displayed. Any events with a duration shorter than 15 minutes will be filtered out from the view. To see these shorter events, you will need to adjust the time scale on zoom to a lower increment that encompasses the duration of these entries.

Integrations with iManage and NetDocs DMS Systems

Take your document management workflow up a notch with the newly forged integrations between Passive Time Assistant and iManage and NetDocs DMS systems. Events where edits have been made will be tracked, ensuring that your time is accounted for efficiently and accurately in your time entries.

Improvements:

Improved Suggested Time Entry Display

Time entries created from Suggested Time now aligns seamlessly with the status colors used across the iTimekeep platform, providing an intuitive and consistent visual cue for your time entry statuses.

Fixes:

iTimekeep Desktop

  • Outlook Add-in Authentication: The problems users experienced authenticating have been resolved, providing a seamless login experience.
  • New UI Preview Stickiness: Rectified the issue where UI Preview settings weren’t retained across sessions, ensuring your selected preview settings stay intact.
