[Deprecated] Assistant Workflow

Once a user is granted an Assistant role by a subscription administrator, the new Assistant will be able to log into iTimekeep Desktop and begin requesting access to Timekeepers’ timecards. If a new Assistant is not linked to any Timekeepers from the Admin Portal first, the Assistant will be prompted upon their first login to request access to a Timekeeper’s entries using a search field.

The Timekeeper will either approve or deny the request (See “Collaboration – Timekeeper > Timekeeper Workflow” for more details), and the requesting Assistant will be notified by email of the Timekeeper’s choice.

If the Timekeeper has given their approval, the Assistant will then be able to access the Timekeeper’s account by selecting their name from the My Timekeepers item in the iTimekeep hamburger menu.
