iTimekeep Desktop VERSION 23.4.11

New Features:

Start & End Time for Calculating Work Duration

iTimekeep introduces the capability to record the start and end time for work duration calculations. Commonly requested, this functionality improves the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of time tracking by handling the calculations automatically based on the start and end time inputs.

NOTE: Initially Start/End Time will only be available in the webapp (aka Desktop) experience. Coming soon to Mobile.

Start/End Time is OFF by default and a User-level setting.

Fixes

iTimekeep Desktop

  • Resolved the issue where Submit and Submit+ buttons were reversed on the time entry form
  • Resolved an issue when attempting to add a second SSO provider in the iTimekeep Portal where the user received an exception instead of the appropriate error message
  • Addressed an issue in Calendar Settings where toggle UI did not update to reflect user selection.
  • Addressed Timer UI where when a timer was running the buttons overlapped.
  • Addressed the issue where the iTimekeep banner was not resizing correctly.

Known Issues

  • Using Start/End Time:
    • Start Time does not auto-calculate when End Time is the first value set.
      WORKAROUND: If Work Duration is populated – enter Start Time before End Time.
      If no Work Duration or Start/End Time values set – Enter Start Time value first.
    • When Work Duration, Start Time and End Time populated, when Work Duration is updated to set hours to zero (0) the Start Time and End Time are incorrectly updated and do not recognize the minute value
      WORKAROUND: Reconfirm the Work Duration value(s) and Start/End Time will correctly re-calculate.
