What's Included in this Release

The iTimekeep January 2026 release contains improvements for the mobile application, and fixes for both iTimekeep Web/Desktop and iTimekeep mobile.

Improvements

Mobile Application Interface

The iTimekeep Mobile application interface has been updated:

  • When using Timers, the Timescore tile no longer displays if “Display Timescore” is set to OFF at the firm
    level.
  • The Timer ribbon no longer blocks other content on the screen.

Fixes

iTimekeep Web/Desktop

  • Daily goal hours display inconsistently for assistants.

iTimekeep Mobile

  • When Work Hours are recorded in small increments (e.g., 6 minutes, 12 minutes), time cannot be saved.
  • When searching by matter name, the results can contain duplicate items.
  • The ‘Missing Location Code’ alert can display even when a location is selected.
  • When time entries are edited, they can round to incorrect hour values.
  • Multifactor Authentication tokens expire earlier than the firm-configured duration.
  • UI elements can overlap with each other.
  • Dashboard graphics do not display properly.
  • When a timer is running, users cannot log out.
  • The slider for “My Time” can become unresponsive.
  • The “Fix it later” option does not function as appropriate.
  • When a toast notification appears, it cannot be dismissed properly.
  • When a timer is ended, the duration resets to zero (0).
  • Timers can incorrectly display “Submitted” or “Error” statuses.
  • The Timers screen has excess spacing.
  • When opening the Timers view, the loading indicator can become stuck.
