What’s Included in this Release

We are excited to bring you the latest release of iTimekeep.  This release further improves security by making it easier for you to control your user access.  By connecting your Single sign-on (SSO) provider to iTimekeep, you will be able to simplify how your users access all the products within the iTimekeep Platform (iTimekeep, OCG Live, and Thrive.). By enabling self-service for Azure AD as well as support and self-service for SAML SSO (Okta and Duo), your users will have 1 less password to remember.

Highlights of this release include the following:

iTimekeep

  • New Portal page for managing SSO.
  • Firms can now set up single sign-on (SSO) in their iTimekeep account for quick and secure logins.
  • Supports Azure AD and SAML2 as the SSO providers.
  • User filtering enables SSO logins to be applicable only for a limited number of test users
  • Multiple SSO providers allowed for a domain.

Note: You must be an administrator to configure SSO in your subscription.

  • Performance improvement has been added to optimize the loading of matter constraints on Timecard submission.

  • Addressed an issue where the Thrive Data was shown within the iTimekeep dashboard even when the “Display Thrive in iTimekeep” setting was disabled in the iTimekeep Portal.
