Troubleshooting the Apple Watch Connection to iTimekeep

iTimekeep for Apple Watch may occasionally display a “Login from Phone” error message even though the iPhone appears to be synced with the Apple Watch and the iTimekeep application is open on the iPhone device. This issue commonly occurs when the Apple Watch is unable to detect the session token from the iPhone. To correct this error, please try the following steps.

  1. Force close the iTimekeep for Apple Watch application.
  2. Log out of iTimekeep on your iPhone and fully quit the mobile application on your iPhone or iPad. Please make sure iTimekeep is not still running in the background.
  3. Log back into iTimekeep first on your iPhone.
  4. Open the iTimekeep application on your Apple Watch.
