Be in greater control of OCG Violations
With OCG Live™, billing managers no longer need to manage accounting manually, as they are provided with a report of specific violations, eliminating the need for resource-intensive manual processes to identify non-compliant items or re-submit bills.
The OCG Live™ rules engine evaluates all* time entries that do not comply with client billing guidelines and are flagged in our easy-to-access violations report, allowing billing managers to go directly to the source of the problem. The OCG Live™ Violations Report is sent to the billing team daily, summarizing revenue at risk, areas of concern and a list of flagged entries that have not yet been fixed.
Enhanced visibility of violations is available to OCG Live customers so they can now report on OCG violations for:
- Any timeframe
- Aggregate all results into one view comprising of all violations
- Users can customize and save the Violations Report “view” to display the report columns of interest to the user
- Users can use deep-linking to get to the iTimekeep timecards for further visibility
- Field Level Help enables users of the dynamic reporting tool to understand what each of the fields are
*Evaluation of Timecards entered and modified from any system other than iTimekeep is dependent upon support from the client’s Time & Billing system. If support from the T&B is not available, only the timecards entered via the iTimekeep Mobile or Desktop applications are evaluated.
View Reports from OCG Live Portal header
- Select either ‘Violations Report: Daily’ or ’Violations Report: Timeframe’
- Select ‘Generate’ and you will see the new easy to understand report
- Mouse over fields to see Tool Tips providing field descriptions
- To personalize the view of your report, click the Customize Views button, select up to 8 fields to view at one time
- From the report, click the Timecard button on the left of any of the rows to go to iTimekeep and see the timecard details
- Once the desired report is generated, the user may export to Excel by selecting ‘EXCEL’
Understanding the Report
The report gives an overview with the Daily Total of timecards in violation and an At Risk Breakdown to show how many timecards have ERRORS or WARNINGS along with the values.
