Logging In

You will need to provide your User ID and Password unless your firm utilizes our Single Sign-On system.

Setting a PIN / or Touch ID

When signing in on a new mobile device, or after re-installing the application, iTimekeep will ask you to set a PIN as a secondary layer of security. This PIN can be any 4 digits of your choosing and will not be set for you by an admin.

  1. Please select your 4 digit PIN
  2. On the second screen, you will need to verify the PIN you just selected
  3. If you are on an iOS device, iTimekeep will ask you if you would like to use Touch ID instead of the PIN you just set

Password Reset

If you are not a Single Sign-On client and have any trouble remembering your password or need to change it for security purposes:

  1. Enter your firm email address on the login page and click Next
  2. Click the Reset Password button on the password page
  3. Check your inbox at your firm email address for an email from Bellefield
  4. Click the link to choose a new password securely.

Single Sign-On

Sometimes the biggest step is the first one. If the initial sign-on doesn’t happen quickly enough, adoption of a new technology can suffer. Enter Single Sign On for iTimekeep. The less hassle logging in, the quicker and more easily a timekeeper can get to their time entry and the more time they will be able to enter.

How to Enable Single Sign-On for Your Firm

iTimekeep Single Sign-On will work for clients who utilize Azure AD using Microsoft Identity Platform (v2.0) endpoints. Contact [email protected] to find out if Single Sign-On is right for your firm.
