November 2020 – iTimekeep Super Assistant Release

In this release, we introduced the ‘Super Assistant’ role in the iTimekeep Portal. When assigned, this role enables you to access all timekeepers in your organization, without requiring timekeeper approval, to act on their behalf – saving you time by not having to wait for approval. As a ‘Super Assistant,’ you can add any timekeeper to your My Timekeeper list as a favorite or, if you are covering for a colleague who is out of the office, simply proxy for that timekeeper from All Timekeepers.

Improvements

  • Thrive firms – introduced a portal setting for hiding Thrive data in the iTimekeep dashboard until policy owners are ready to provide Thrive data to timekeepers assigned to a Thrive policy.
  • The Start Timer modal has been moved to no longer cover the Add Time button.
  • Font-sizing adjustments for improved readability.

Fixes

  • When attempting to search or filter for a client, an issue was causing the Load More button to disappear.
  • When printing time entries, an issue was causing text to be cut off at the top of successive pages.
