Super Assistants

The Super Assistant role grants the assigned user access to all timekeepers within your firm’s organization without requiring individual approval for each. Super Assistants can act on behalf of any timekeeper in your firm’s subscription, and can favorite timekeepers from the My Timekeepers popup.

Adding Super Assistants

For a new user, the Super Assistant role can be assigned as a part of the Add User workflow.

To add the Super Assistant role to an existing user:

  1. Open the iTimekeep Admin Portal.
  2. Open the hamburger menu and navigate to Manage Users.
  3. Select the desired user and click Edit.
  4. Select the iTimekeep tab.
  5. Click the Edit button to enable role selection.
  6. Select the checkbox for the Super Assistant role.
  7. Click Save.
