TimeScore is a calculated value used to assigns a letter grade to your contemporaneity. To be contemporaneous, your work submission date and work completion date must be the same.
To view your TimeScore, navigate to your dashboard. The value is displayed in the top pane.
TimeScore is calculated using your velocity, the number of days between work being completed and the relevant timecard being submitted.
The default TimeScore values are as follows, where an average velocity between:
- 0 and 0.2 is A
- 0.2 and 1 is B
- 1 and 3 is C
- 3 and 7 is D
- 7 and above is F
Disabling TimeScore
iTimekeep Admins can disable the display of TimeScore on the iTimekeep dashboard.
To disable TimeScore:
- Open the iTimekeep Administration portal.
- Open the hamburger menu.
- Click Configure iTimekeep.
- Navigate to the Firm Defaults tab.
- Under Timescore Settings, unselect the Display Timescore in iTimekeep checkbox.
