Deleting Timecards

Any draft timecards that exist in iTimekeep and have not yet been submitted to your firm’s billing system can be deleted. In select instances, submitted entries can be deleted, and Released entries can be deleted up until the point of prebill or proforma.

Note: iTimekeep does not retain any records related to deleted entries. Once a timecard has been deleted from iTimekeep, it cannot be retrieved and will need to be recreated if the deletion was made in error.

To delete a timecard in iTimekeep desktop:

  1. Press the icon to the right of the entry.
  2. Select Delete.
