Reporting

iTimekeep has two reporting options that can be accessed from the hamburger menu – Reporting, and Enhanced Reporting. Reporting will generate and email you a report detailing all timecards that were created within your specified date range, while Enhanced Reporting offers a wider range of controls to construct reports with. For more information, see Enhanced Reporting.

To generate a report on your time entries:

  1. Click Reporting in the hamburger menu. The Reporting window appears.
  2. Enter a date range for the report to build from. You can either manually enter dates, or select from one of the predefined value buttons:
  3. Select a file format from either Excel or PDF.
  4. Click Send to Email. The report will be generated and delivered to the email address you use to log into iTimekeep.
