For troubleshooting back-end issues involving iTimekeep Connect, outbound connections on TCP ports are 9350-355, 5671. HTTP(s) ports are 80 and 443.
All connections will be outbound. It is recommended that you allow outbound connections from the computer where you will be installing iTimekeep Connect.
Depending on your region, test access to the relevant domain:
- USA: services.bellefieldcloud.com
- Canada: itimekeep.aderant.ca
- Europe: itimekeep.aderant.eu
- APA: itimekeep.aderant.com.au
- United Kingdom: itimekeep.aderant.co.uk
Test access to the following domains:
- cdp1.public-trust.com
- mscrl.microsoft.com
- crl.microsoft.com
- *.servicebus.windows.net
If you cannot use *, then try the following:
- bellefield-connect001.servicebus.windows.net
- bellefield-connect002.servicebus.windows.net
- bellefield-connect003.servicebus.windows.net
- watchdog.servicebus.windows.net
