Note: Two-factor authentication is automatically enabled for all iTimekeep subscriptions.
Your iTimekeep password can be reset from the login screen.
To reset your password:
- Enter your firm email address as the username.
- Click Next.
- Click the Forgot Password button at the bottom of the screen. This sends an email to your firm email address containing the steps to follow to create a new password.
iTimekeep passwords currently require at least 10 characters, which must include the following:
- 1 capital letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character
If any issues occur during the password reset process, firm administrators can send password reset emails via the iTimekeep Admin Portal.
