Password Control

Note: Two-factor authentication is automatically enabled for all iTimekeep subscriptions.

Your iTimekeep password can be reset from the login screen.

To reset your password:

  1. Enter your firm email address as the username.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Click the Forgot Password button at the bottom of the screen. This sends an email to your firm email address containing the steps to follow to create a new password.

iTimekeep passwords currently require at least 10 characters, which must include the following:

  • 1 capital letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character

If any issues occur during the password reset process, firm administrators can send password reset emails via the iTimekeep Admin Portal.
