Important Update: End of Support for Outlook 2013 in iTimekeep

After careful consideration and in alignment with industry standards, we have made the decision to discontinue support for Microsoft Outlook 2013 in iTimekeep. This means that starting from December 2023, iTimekeep will no longer be compatible with Outlook 2013.

Why is this change happening?

As of April 11, 2023 Microsoft announced end of support for Office 2013 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/end-of-support-for-office-2013-90e4b0d1-098f-4656-b6e7-8b13b67ed62f ). As technology advances, it becomes essential for us to allocate our resources towards supporting the latest software versions to provide the best user experience and ensure the highest level of security and stability. Microsoft Outlook has released newer versions since the launch of Outlook 2013, and we believe it is in the best interest of our clients to leverage the benefits offered by the latest versions of Outlook.

What does this mean for you?

If your organization is currently using Outlook 2013 with iTimekeep, we highly recommend upgrading to a supported version of Outlook to continue enjoying a seamless integration and access to all the features and enhancements we offer. By upgrading to a newer version, you will benefit from improved performance, enhanced security, and the latest productivity tools.

When should you take action?

To provide you with ample time to plan and make the necessary changes, the discontinuation of support for Outlook 2013 in iTimekeep will take effect from December of 2023. We kindly request that you begin the transition process as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions in your daily operations.
